Tampere Hall, the venue for the CIB World Building Congress in 2016, is full of built-in art, designed specifically for the Convention centre? One of the most famous pieces is the Blue Line by sculptor Kimmo Kaivanto. It runs along the lobby, exiting the building through the wall of the exhibition hall.
