Invitation to complete online survey on Safety and Health in Construction
CIB W099 is working on a Research Roadmap. An initial step is this survey, which will take about 10-15 minutes of your time. The survey results will be compiled and presented at the W099 conference in Belfast. Deadline for completing the survey is September 1st.

Report on the 1st International Symposium on Building Pathology (ISBP2015)
The 1st International Symposium on Building Pathology was held in March 2015 and was organized by the University of Porto and Politecnico di Milano in cooperation with the CIB W086 Commission. It addressed problems on building pathology. The proceedings can be downloaded for free.
SBE16 Zürich: Last call for abstract submission
To provide resilient solutions for a sustainable future, a simple optimisation of individual technologies will not be sufficient. Whole-system thinking reveals and exploits connections between otherwise disparate parts. It’s the central theme for the SBE16 in Zürich. Abstracts can be submitted until 1 August.
Call for Papers SBE16 Utrecht
The main theme of the CIB co-sponsored conference Transition ZERO is: From Demonstrations to large-scale Net-Zero Refurbishment. The conference topics include: Upscaling, Circular processes, Small urban areas and Governance. Abstracts can be submitted until 20 September 2015.

As a first step in developing a new research roadmap for the Priority Theme on Sustainable Construction, the CIB invites interested parties to participate in an interactive workshop, 21 August in Delft (NL). Please register latest 23 July.
Call for papers: Sustainable Fire Engineering Conference
From April 6 till 8, 2016 the Sustainable Fire Engineering Conference takes place in Dublin, Ireland. The programme covers plenary lectures, oral and poster presentations as well as discussion sessions. Please submit your abstract before September 25th, 2015.
Call for Papers special session SASBE conference: Building Regulations and Control in the Face of Climate Change
As part of SASBE conference, a special session of the CIB TG79 will focus on the impact of climate change on the future direction of Building Regulation and Control. Contributors should report on challenges, innovative applications and recent research findings. The deadline for abstract submission is 31 August 2015.
9th to 11th September: CIB W099 International Safety Conference
The CIB W099 International Safety Conference (9th to the 11th September at Ulster University, Northern Ireland) is a clear academic/ industry collaboration, with discussion on topics such as the need for safety research and the role of the safety engineer in disaster management.
Construction industry research achievement international conference
On the 22nd of October CIRAIC 2015 takes place in Kuala Lumpur. The 4th CIRAIC focuses on green construction, affordable and sustainable housing, innovative materials, BIM and Mechanisation, Modernisation, Industrialisation (MMI). Most of the invited speakers are CIB Board Members.
