The project will use Twitter to discover how resilience information spread in virtual environments. More particularly tweets will be examined that address infrastructure failures, power outage, traffic jam. These pieces of information can be observations, suggestions, opinions, or even data report.

Since the previous news article in the CIB Members' section we have installed 4 New CIB Members. One Associate Member from Europe.
